Our five flats are located in a privileged setting in Comillas, between the sea and the mountains, offering magnificent views of the beautiful Ruiseñada Valley, making this place a true paradise for those seeking tranquillity and nature. The flats are carefully designed to guarantee maximum comfort, ensuring that guests enjoy an unforgettable stay in an environment that combines natural beauty with modernity.

This unique enclave will allow you to enjoy the tranquillity and natural beauty of the area, all while being only 3 kilometres from Comillas, a town full of history and charm. In Comillas you can visit emblematic monuments such as Gaudí’s Capricho, the Sobrellano Palace and the Pontifical University, as well as enjoy its beaches and the welcoming atmosphere that characterises this coastal town.

The location of our flats is ideal for those looking for a place to relax and at the same time be close to a wide range of activities and points of interest in Cantabria. From hiking trails to coastal walks or visits to picturesque villages, the region offers endless options to explore. Five one-bedroom flats consisting of:

2 flats with two 90 cm beds, located on the ground floor with access to the garden and views of the valley, share the terrace.
1 flat with two beds of 90, is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace of 15m². It does not have a view of the valley.
2 flats with double bed, located on the first floor with balcony and views over the valley.

All of them have a living-dining room with a 1.40cm sofa-bed and TV. Fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven-microwave and kitchenware of all kinds (blender, coffee maker, toaster, juicer…). Bathroom with bathtub.
